Bus 880 was a Renault/MACK PR100.2 (Mk2) delivered to ACTION in 1990. It is notable for having carried seven different liveries, six of them advertising liveries.

It is perhaps best known as the “Botanic Gardens” bus, having been delivered with a special livery promoting the Australian National Botanic Gardens. In August 2006, it was put into an all-over advertising wrap for ING Direct. It then received four more wraps – realestate.com.au (October 2006), Cirque du Soleil Varekai (January 2007) iiNet (August 2007) and the Australian National University (August 2009).

Following removal of the ANU wrap in November 2009, ACTION’s orange and blue corporate livery was applied to the bus.

880 moved to Tuggeranong Depot in November 2010 after having spent the previous twenty years at Belconnen Depot. It returned to Belconnen in May 2013 and was subsequently withdrawn from service in November 2015.
