* The vehicle's VIN is incorrectly recorded by ACT RTA as VF6PS08A200000004. This was due to an error on the Austral Denning body plate.
* It was first registered on 2 November 1990
* Bus 129 was originally an "Easy Access" bus which seated 43 (designated as ''PR100.3a''); it featured plug doors, stepless entry, Tieman electric ramp, kneeling suspension and two wheelchair spaces.
* It was one of fifty ACTION Buses loaned to the Olympic Road Transport Authority (ORTA) during 2000 for the Sydney Olympics.  
* In approx. 2007, Bus 129 was modified to remove the access ramp and wheelchair spaces, the bus seated 49 with a combination of Vogel and Saydair Metro seats.
* Bus 888 received a new engine cover in May 2009.
* Its Southport Engineering flip-dot destination displays were replaced by Hanover LED equipment in November 2012.
* It was fitted with a Sportworks DL2 bike rack in the week of 13 February 2012.
* Between December 2017 and July 2018, Bus 129 was stripped for parts at Belconnen Depot.
* Between November and December 2020, Bus 888 was scrapped for parts at Belconnen Depot.
