* Bus 390 arrived at Belconnen Depot on 25 August 2009.
* Bus 104 suffered an engine fire on Erindale Drive on 2 March 2009. It was quickly repaired.
* Bus 390 was the first of an order of 74 diesel MAN A69 buses (72 Euro V 18.320s and 2 Euro IV 18.310s) to be delivered to ACTION between August 2009 and June 2011. (390 - [[BUS 463 (2)|463]])
* It was fitted with a Sportworks DL2 bike rack in the week of 15 August 2011.
** This order was later extended by a further 15 Euro V 18.320 buses ([[BUS 491 (2)|491]] - [[BUS 505 (2)|505]])
* In January 2014, its Alcatel/STC Cannon flip-dot destination signs were replaced with Hanover LED equipment.
* It was delivered with additional decals indicating it was the world's first MAN Euro V Bus.
* In June 2018, Bus 104 suffered a mechanical failure and was withdrawn from service.
** Most of these decals have since been removed, with the exception of the roof-line decals
* Between July 2018 and August 2019, Bus 104 was stripped for parts at Belconnen Depot.
* This vehicle was launched to the media on 15 September 2009 and performed its first service on the same day (a southbound 319).
* This vehicle featured at the Australian Bus & Coach Show held in Sydney 7-8 October 2009.
