* Bus 718 was delivered to ACTION in July 1988  
* It was first registered on 25 October 1988
* In September 1989 Bus 718 was transferred from Belconnen Depot to Tuggeranong Depot along with Buses [[BUS 716 (1)|716]], [[BUS 717 (1)|717]] and [[BUS 719 (1)|719]] as extra shifts were created at Tuggeranong following the extension of the 333 to Tuggeranong Station.
* On 4 July 1992 it was transferred from Kingston Depot to Tuggeranong Depot.
* It was withdrawn from service at Tuggeranong Depot in the week of 8 July 2013 and transferred to Pickles Auctions (Fyshwick) for disposal later that month.
* It was withdrawn from service at Tuggeranong Depot on 10 January 2011.
* It was one of a number of buses sold to Sims Scrap Metal for scrapping in September 2011, marking the first time in the history of the Canberra Bus Service that buses have been sold to a scrap metal dealer.
