InterACTION news
« on: April 27, 2012, 11:43:22 PM »
Issue 6 of the new series of the InterACTION staff newsletter released to ACTION staff yesterday. In operational capability news, ACTION vehicles with a gross vehicle mass over 12 tonnes will be fitted with 3 warning triangles - to be deployed where a vehicle is stopped on a road and is not visible for certain distances.

Wheel chocks will also be issued to field vehicles & field/depot staff.

in that case i am assuming that a certain someone lost their arguement with ACTION about the use of triangles. Quite simply they are not required to be carried by a city route service bus, however some miss-wording in the ACT road rules means that they do now have to carry them, quite silly really...
