Notes
- It was first registered on 6 August 1976
- Since leaving ACTION it operated for Surfside Buslines of Tweed Heads NSW (NSW: Fleet Number 501, Registration MO 2551, QLD: Fleet Number 664, Registration 664 AZM)
- It was later located at Mt Gravatt Bus Service in Burbank QLD but was unregistered nor entered in service.
- It has since been scrapped for parts.
