Notes
- It was first registered on 22 May 1975.
- Since leaving ACTION it has operated for Hopkinson's Coaches of Smithfield NSW (Registration MO 4979) and Southtrans of Taren Point NSW (Fleet Number 18, Registration MO 8734).
- It was scrapped in late 1997 at T&I Engines of Rutherford NSW following accident damage.
