No online articles, but on the back page of the front section of today's Canberra Times, there was a mention that the "C 13" plate has gone missing from the Retired ACT Transport Employees Club clubhouse, after the recent open days.

As it turns out, C 13 never left the building. It was found in a cupboard during a clean up.
