The ACT Bus & ACTBusSpotter Twitter accounts reported today that a different style shelter has been installed here. On a late night drive, I spoted that it looks like the old benches have been installed in one of these shelters & I couldn't see an AdShel Shelter number on the inside.

As both myself and Bus400 have reported on twitter, new shelter is from CAM of NZ. New seats have now been installed in both. Unfortunately, shelter interferes with bollard, so bollard may need to be relocated. One photo is on twitter, more later.

They have also popped up on Knoke Avenue & Woodcock Drive in Gordon.

My the looks of things, ACTION/TAMS must of moved away with the one off advertising shelter contract.

But the question remains, are any of these shelters up north? The next known shelter to be installed in Belconnen will be Coulter Drive, so the next week or so should tell us.

They have also popped up on Knoke Avenue ... in Gordon.
And it has already been vandalised/graffitied.

Road tested one of the CAM shelters while waiting for the intertown on Athllon Drive yesterday; the timber seating is much, much more comfortable than the cold metal benches in the Adshel structures.

Thanks to ACTBusSpotter for the tip off, a new CAM Shelter was installed outside the old Canberra College Stirling site back last term.

One Belconnen bound stop on Dumas Street, McKellar & both stops on Abena Avenue, Crace now have Cam Shelters.

EDIT
The below locations also now include a Cam Shelter.
*Jabanungga Avenue, Ngunnawal-Belconnen bound (Ngunnawal Shops)
*Amy Ackman Street, Forde-Gungahlin bound after Jessie Street
*Mabo Boulevard, Bonner-Gungahlin bound (Bonner Shops)
*Jenolan Street, Harrison-Both stops
*Canberra Railway Station

These stops in Crace, Forde & Bonner didn't have these shelters last weekend, so it didn't take them long. Good to see new suburbs are finally getting shelters.

It would be nice if ALL bus stops eventually got a shelter, would be a great benefit especially for the aging commuter!

Had another look at the contract, and it appears it is for 30 shelters. Based on reports received so far, 23 have been sighted. So there may be another 7 out there.

CAM shelter on Knoke, Northbound, completely done over by grafitti vandals mid-week...not an inch square of clear surface remaining.

To their credit, Adshel contractors had it entirely removed in a day.

Not entirely certain that AdShel are responsible for cleaning CAM shelters. Think they're Roads ACT responsibility. But happy to be proven wrong.

Meanwhile, two more shelters have been sighted: Heagney Cres at the Chisholm/Gilmore boundary (both directions).
