Mr Kramden, I hope you enjoyed your journey to Forbes on Wednesday. I also hope you enjoyed one of the easiest routes in the ACTION Network in Route 162 without hitting any slow point gutters on Vansittart Crescent.

I did thanks.  Always a pleasant trip out at 'Forbes'.  I have a friend who lives out there.  She calls it Ford-ay.

Yes, 162 is uncomplicated.  No scrubbing of gutters in Vansittart for me.  I'm better at these things now.  In fact Vansittart seemed less challenging than say, Bradfield and Melba (Downer, #39) or Lhotsky (Charnwood #313 etc) even most areas in the ANU.

In that case CNG you'd probably want to take 134, if given the choice at B depot.  It was assigned to me this morning and runs quite well.  If I had to do a whole shift in a Dart I'd want this one.

You can justify it all you like, but when the real time info starts getting analysed - these are the types of things people will criticise ACTION about. If the times arent correct - tell your timetable people.

As a passenger, its frickin frustrating.

So how many times did your Darts break down Mr Kramden?
After your offer earlier in the week, I was on the look out for any Darts broken down, but I didn't see any (sadly).

No breakdowns 400 but hardly surprising given that I only had them on the road for about 90 mins (2 x AM 9s).  They all ran pretty well though one (can't recall which one) was a little slow getting its air up.  Other than that they were fine.  Not in a hurry to drive them again but I'm sure I'll get to experience a liitle more Dart driving after the Christmas break is out of the way and they've all had a long rest.

Note that I did have two Iris's this past week and both didn't let me down on the roadside.  Apart from their hideous engine noises I am warming to them.

That would most likely be 134 - it seems to have a fault in one air circuit which results in it being slow to build up air and fast to lose it once compressor is switched off.
