The bridge for the GDE Duplication has has collapsed onto the Barton Highway. Both southbound lanes closed at Gundaroo Drive roundabout.

In an unrelated story I read down the page some idiot stole the subway funny, then posted a photo of himself on facebook, what a douche!
It is looking like I'm going to have fun getting to & from work for the next fortnight with the other Gungahlin Drive bridge closed.

Back in my day (er 2000-2002 when I lived out there) there was no bridge. It was crappy then, so I can only imagine it is a lot worse now.
