Came back from Adelaide on Thursday's direct flight with Virgin - on an E190.

Even though we were in the rear seats, as always with the E series planes, the ride was very comfortable, not too noisy and with plenty of leg and head room.  I prefer them to the B737s.

New Virgin menu is good, better quality tucker although a bit pricier than the old Virgin Blue menu which had been around for years.  Wines have improved too.

All the Virgin Australia flight attendants around the airports and on the plane were in the new up-market uniform, although the ticketing and other airport staff were still in the fawn Virgin Blue outfits.

While in SA, saw a number of Virgin Australia 'ghost' aircraft....painted all over white (and nothing else) in preparation for applying new logos & livery.

On Anzac Day, saw a formation of vintage Tiger Moths flying over southern Adelauide suburbs towards the city in connection with the Anzac Day March.
