The photo in the first post does not contain a bus or any infrastructure, as required by the rules.

The second photo is on the same street as the first, but it has transport infrastructure in it so I thought the second photo would make this Where Is It valid.
Given the original photo may not abide by the rules, I don't know if it is right to guess or not, but anyway, I'm just going to...

The first photo must contain the bus or infrastructure. The fact that it's on the same street (but not shown in the photo) is irrelevant.
