So I caught the intertown 319 to Belconnen to City and the bus the full. The driver kept on picking up passengers along the way. Is there a possible way to avoid this or let the passengers know that the bus is full?
An idea would be like the destination board as "Bus is Full".
If the bus was full, how did he pick up more pax on the way?
in this case, can drivers give preference to passengers going further than Tuggeranong, i.e. only allow people going further than Tuggeranong to board the bus?
I don't know I sent a complaint a and they replied it was only a one off case and they said they will speak to the driver.
