Also one of those buses with the new ACTION AOA was towed back to Tuggeranong Depot just after doing a 3 to Woden Interchange & as it travelled along Athllon Dr it bouned a fair bit. These were of course at different times of the day

It was 978, I saw it at Woden getting put onto the towtruck. In the words on Irisbus Rider, "It isn't exactly 'Going your Way' anymore."

Admin: Please don't refer to drivers with those kinds of words

There's one guy with a pony tail, named mark. I haven't talked to him myself, but he drove my dad's usual bus for a while, and he is apparently a really nice guy.

311, with that driver that has the pony tale, stretch knows who I am talking about

There's a few drivers with ponytails - if it's the one with a moustache and flavour savour (the bit of hair under the bottom lip) you are so wrong, he's a great guy.

I was nice to him did everything right pressed the bell giving him plenty of warning but not too early so that he wouldn't forget and then he over-ran my stop my at least 20m without apology, stretch has known him to be at Kippax up to 15min early on inbound 43s.

With the Feb 09 Network & Shift changes putting very heavy demands on the gas bus fleet in peak periods, some Intertown services have unfortunately had to be operated with Tuggeranong Mark 1s over the past few days.

I did a 312 in a Mark 1 during Wednesday afternoon's peak and one of my mates had to do his 315 in an artic yesterday afternoon's peak - not real comfortable on these very hot days.

On Thursday afternoon I scored 384 - great a/c as you'd expect from a MAN - previous driver complained it was too cold! Back to a Scania (360) yesterday..a/c pretty ordinary but it went OK.

Snorzac

the a/c on 345 was out yesterday. Very uncomfortable ride.

Busnerd

It could have just been turned off...its not just out, they're either on or off...

Perhaps this controller wasn't restricted, there are a few that you can change from 16 to 32 but the rest are set to 22/23 so who knows, it was probably just not working that well..like some do, which is usually a sensor problem.

Snorzac

No the driver said that it was dead, they were going to 'pull' it but there were too many people.

To be fair St Francis kids can be pretty full on so maybe the driver just decided s/he'd had enough of you punks.

In about my 3rd week of bus driving some St Francis fuckhead let off a firecracker on my bus, I guess cos it was the day after the Queen's birthday holiday.

Snorzac

Yeah there are some real fuck heads at my school, including the year 12 dick that today was been a showoff drifting through the bus loop lost control hit a tree, burnt his arm to buggery and rode his car off, what a dickhead!!

It really depends what frannies bus you are driving, 410, 476, 565 and 466 have bad reputations but the 3 I use are very well behaved, those are 898, 639 and 429 in order of how often I use them.

898 was the service who knows what happened there was a supervisor there because of the year 12 dickhead who's car was blocking the bus bay, who came back to the interchange on 898 as his van wasn't there, and the ticket machine fucked up when he put is inspector report ticket in the validator and got stuck, that validator was fucked and the driver said that but he had to put that in there.

768, 388 (my first MAN of the school term :) ) the driver thought some1 threw up because he smell it and looked round the bus but no 1 did as there was 2 other passengers discluding my self probably came in when he opened the front doors

306...Interesting situation, we had a different driver driving a lady that has been around for a while but our normal driver was sitting on the front seat in his ACTION stuff.

How is that weird, perhaps the driver was catching that bus home or something, I've seen lots of ACTION drivers riding a bus in uniform before.
