I quite like the one of 893 ;D
Agreed: 893 is an interesting angle and has some nice light and shadows. As a pure bus photo, 108 at City West is fairly good but, IMO, works better with less roadway visible.

The 893 photo is quite good. The watermark does distract though - I'd suggest a smaller, more subtle watermark in the bottom left (noting that all photos added to the ACT Bus Gallery are automatically watermarked in the bottom right).
I reckon the photo of 510 could be improved with some tighter cropping, per Barry Drive's edit of your 108 photo. As a general rule, the bus should be at the centre of your photo. (Unless there's some remarkable scenery in the background, which in these photos, there isn't).
