Post by: Bus 400 on July 13, 2009, 07:43:50 PM
Here is an interesting article from the Canberra Sunday Times 12 July 2009
(https://www.actbus.net/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi550.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fii421%2FJulianHamstead%2FNewspaper%2520Articles%2FIMG-3.jpg&hash=9764d63140ade1a342a5e0a3e1c71de83e38afc4)

Now what I don't understand is what does Canberra really have in relation to Public Transport landmarks?

We had Ainsile Depot-Demolished
We had Ainsile Depot Caretaker Cottage-Going
We had Belconnen Interchange-Going
We have Woden Depot-May gone as it is unsafe
We have Belconnen Depot
We have Tuggeranong Depot
We have Tuggeranong Interchange-Won't last 20 years
We have Woden Interchange-Going in a few years for new flash bus station(s)
We have City Interchange-Not much of an interchange really
We have many suburban termini-they'll go one day
We bhave old bus shelters-someone will run into them one day
