I'm assuming it's either theodore or conder, as it has a hill in the background.. (So it's not calwell.)

If the old 313 timetable is correct every street on it has being guessed so it is either that or it is a street not on the timetable, maybe not even on the route.

Well, the signs in the background indicate a carpark, or a road with on street parking. So it would be near a school or shop, even a club. So I am going to take a punt for Heidelberg st (Street to be exact :P).

About time somebody got it! Todd's post earlier about it being a road with shops should have been a dead giveaway.

Just to the right of the photo is where Dominos is located, and on the other side of the bus is where Aldi is now located.

For those who don't know Conder, Balcombe runs from Box Hill Avenue into the Marketplace Carpark.
