Yep, a bonus clue I gave out to one person was "Route 63" I had also lined up another clue of "I wish this was Where Is It 63"

It was the railing in the background that gave it away - not many have a tree in front of them like that.

If your broken down it is customary to put your hazard lights on and not your left signal, considering it is at a left turn you might confuse people.

It looks like the hazards are on, going by the indicators at the top. Perhaps the bottom right one wasn't working.

The emergency indicators were on, the front right just needed to be kicked to work.
