So far, 'Well Station drive at Mitchell' has been the closest guess.

Correct! Congratulations lukeo25, that is correct. 328 is operating a 56, which had an identity crisis, operating under the shortlived 4W. It was photographed at the Northern end of Hoskins St in Mitchell. I will post the original photo when I arrive home.
