two new orange stop signs have been added replacing the old yellow pole signs on flemington rd(stop near nullarbour ave) and the one on Northbourne Ave( the first stop after turning right from flemington rd onto Northbourne. That means all stops from gungahlin to city have the orange bollards.
I would say that has to do with Redex, so that passenger easily know wether the Redex does or doesn't stop at their stop.

FEDERAL HIGHWAY ! - Northbourne Avenue ends at the Barton Highway intersection.
