Hard to say, as you could look at it from different angles, either from the different fleet at each depot, the facilities at each depot, or the employees of each depot.
In my opinion, I prefer Tuggeranong Depot, as they operate better buses than Belconnen (i.e. Scanias), but that's my personal opinion.
I prefere belco, as I find that it has a better fleet (ie Man evo 5 and irisbuses) and the facilties and location are better. As the fleet is much better retained.
As far are ACTION are concerned, both depots are equal in terms of performance.
What's an evo 5? that won't ever come out considering they are up to CB80 now and have trashed the evo name

Actually they are Evo II, no debates about use of 2 or II, bottom line is it is a trade name of custom coaches so it is 100% known as Evo II.
As for the OP he clearly meant Euro 5 (though in the case it should really be Euro V, but again the debate has been had before)
