Irrespective of your age there's zero chance of you getting this job as all those staff are redeployed injured bus drivers.

Either wait until you're old enough to get your MR licence with an O condition, or get a real job in the workshop.

You can still apply, the difference is you pay for the medical exam yourself.

This is all there is on the website http://www.rego.act.gov.au/licensing/licenceheavy.htm (http://www.rego.act.gov.au/licensing/licenceheavy.htm).

You will have to phone them or visit a Canberra Connect shopfront.
