Today, the driver of a school bus of a friend of mine was intriduced to me, interest in ACTION being the main topic, he then dashed into his faithful PR.180.2 Mk I and returned with what is the subject of the attached picture
Any ideas how it was used?

Nothing to do with concession tickets. Workshops hang those on the handbrake when they want the bus back after your runs.
