To coincide with the releaser of Network '08, ACTION has released a new 'special' livery, slogan and logo. Here are some photos from the official launch.

Renault 100.2 MkII 947 upon arriving for the relaunch, It sports the new livery, as does one other bus.

The same bus standing next to a bollard, one of many to be installed along major trunk services, and fitted with a bike rack. The bike rack is simply fitted to the towbar on the front of the bus, and is of a new style to the current aluminium rack, as this one primarily consists of plastic.

The same bus with some bikes on the racks, the ACTION marketing staff actually stopped passer by's and asked to use their bikes on the racks! They succeeded without any problems.

That bollard stop is quite different to the ones in Perth. But we call them totem poles. Also after 11 years, the orange buses finally get their bike racks.
Unfortunately, this was nothing more than a political stunt, the racks will be fitted to the MAN's, .3s and Darts first, and eventually, the .2s, eventually is an interestring word for ACTION.....

Good ACTION is finally doing what even Deane's has been doing for ages and using these new bollards.

Funky new stops look great, but putting one at Erindale is like putting an AdShel at Lanyon Marketplace....

The 100.2's I can Handle, the darts deserve them but on my beloved French temptress it shall not be!
