They still do, they just have other duties aswell. Normally helping out the Schools Liason department, and being supervisors at interchanges. I cannot remember, but I think the Green and Yellow shirts carry the right to be able to issue infringment notices. They aso carry a card describing their right to do so.

Ahhh ok, but I thought they were just supervisor shirts those green ones.
