Apparently there was a bomb threat and a bungled evacuation at the DFO today.

It was probably Brand Depot management and John/Terry Snow (whatever his name is) :P

according to ye old riot act, it took them 20 minutes to evacuate..yeesh! THERE IS MORE TO LIFE THAN SHOPPING PEOPLE!

They probably were running out only to find someone still spruiking up a sale. 'Roll up ladies and gentle and pick up a great evacuation bargain :P'

That would have been at the same time I was driving the 980 through Fyshwick - saw some police cars outside DFO but didn't know what was going on.
