I found this video of the 4D in Melbourne (RIP) an experimental double deck train that was sent to sims metal a few years ago to be cut up for scrap. It looks and sounds like a Tanagara, but has haad many modifications done to it to fit into the Victorian Environment. Unfortunently no further sets were made.

lol, well, it is a Comeng in a Tangara shell as many railpagers put it, but it has similar but not the same components and is broad guage!
