It was a bit longer, but before 09:00 was just waiting around at the Interchange. I left home at 07:15 & waited with the driver till then as no school was on.

Did you notice any problems on 339? It is known for a problem & nobody knows how to fix it. What you'll notice is it will give a surge of power & then cut the power right back. The engine warning light will also come on, but it fixes up after a while & then repeats.

Can't say I noticed anything, as I was a passenger, and not driving it. I was on it for an hour, it seemed fine to me.

Why was 859 swapped for 816? Braking problems? Not just because of spilt coffee?

Coffee covered the floor inside the drivers cabin & was starting to cover the entire front part of the bus & down the stairs. One large cup of coffee from Gloria Jeans Myer Tuggers was knocked from the wayfarer & did knock/connect to the two way & the radio room heard a few special words.

He just dashed back to the depot grabbed another bus & had bad luck for the next little while.
