Changes to this iteration of the R10 included:
* Route now operates as a loop service daily to commence/terminate at ANU, due to noise complaints from residents living near the bus layover.
* Route now travels via Vernon Cir and Constitution Ave due to Light Rail Stage 2A construction.

* Initially operated as a southbound (City to Denman Prospect) and northbound (Denman Prospect to City) service on weekdays. Changed to loop service on weekdays from 30 January 2023.
* Weekend services operated on a loop from February 2022.
 
* The route was modified on 3 December 2022 to travel via Vernon Circle and Constitution Avenue due to the raising of London Cct. It resumed operating via London Cct, and the new at-grade intersection with Commonwealth Ave on 18 May 2025.
* The route was modified through the City during January 2026 due to construction of Light Rail Stage 2A.
