- From October 1981 to July 1988, evening outbound services were provided by Route 390 (1981), while Saturday afternoon and Sunday services were provided by Route 360 (1981)
- The route was modified in July 1988 to operate via Antill St, Phillip Av, Majura Av, Wakefield Ave, Macarthur Ave, and Wattle Ave.
- The route was modified in June 1992 to service Lyneham North instead of Lyneham and Dickson.
