- This service operated on Saturday afternoon/evenings, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Weekday services were provided by Route 380 (1979) and Route 381 (1979). Evening outbound services were provided by Route 390 (1981).
- The route was modified to service O'Connor Shops in January 1983.
- The route was modified in February 1984 to operate to and from NATEX (Exhibition Park) and via Lyneham Terminus to provide a trial service to Sir Leslie Morshead War Veterans' Home and Kankinya Nursing Home. The modification became permanent in May 1984.
