Route 50 was a feeder route that operated on a loop from City Interchange.

Selected services only operated north or south from the City.
The northern terminus was moved from Exhibition Park to Watson Terminus in June 2001.
The route through Parkes was modified in April 2005, before reverting to its previous route in June 2006.
Evening services were provided by Flexibus Route 935 (2005) and Route 938 (2005) in 2005-06, and Route 935 (2006) and Route 939 (2006) from December 2006.
