- An assumed route would be via London Cct, Edinburgh Ave, Lawson Cres, and Lennox Csg.
Notes
- It effectively operated as a more direct version of Route 300 (1979), which operated between City Interchange and Royal Canberra Hospital, via the ANU Campus.
- Upon introduction, it operated in the afternoon/evening peak only, from Royal Canberra Hospital to City Interchange.
- From April 1981, it operated to Royal Canberra Hospital in the morning peak, and to City Interchange in the afternoon peak.
