- From October 1981 to July 1988, evening outbound services were provided by Route 392 (1981), while Saturday afternoon and Sunday services were provided by Route 362 (1981).
- The route was modified through Watson in June 1982.
- The route was extended to NATEX (EPIC) in July 1988.
- Selected weekday services operated a loop of Mitchell before terminating at NATEX.
- Selected services operated to/from Gungahlin Cemetery.
- All weekend services terminated at NATEX and did not service Mitchell or the Cemetery.
- The route was modified in August 1994 to no longer service Mitchell, replaced by Route 500 (1993)
- Selected services operated via Randwick Road on race days.
