Route 318 was an intertown service that operated between Kippax/Belconnen and Lanyon Marketplace.

Notes
- Route 318 replaced the southern end of Route 314 in June 2008.
- Weekends services were provided by Route 913 (2006) and Route 914 (2006) until 2014 and Route 918 (2014) until 2019.
- The route was modified in May 2009 to service Cameron Av, Lathlain St, and Cohen St Stations following the closure of Belconnen Interchange.
- The route was modified in November 2010 to service Belconnen Community, Westfield, and Cohen St Stations
- The route was extended to Kippax in May 2012
- The route was modified in March 2013 to travel via ANU (Kingsley and Rimmer Sts)
- The route was modified in September 2014 to travel via Box Hill Av and Pockett Av (instead of Tharwa Dr), and to only operate from Lanyon to Belconnen. The Belconnen to Kippax leg was replaced by Routes 13, 43, 313, and 343.
