Route 251 was a Parliamentary Link between Gungahlin and the Parliamentary Triangle that operated in peak periods.

  • The route was modified through Gungahlin Town Centre in September 2000, and to no longer service Palmerston and Amaroo, which were instead covered by Route 256 (2000).
  • The route was modified through Russell in May 2002
  • The route was modified through Nicholls, Gungahlin, Mitchell, and Braddon in November 2003.
