- The route was modified in April 1951 to operate vi O'Connell, Suttor, and Stephen Streets, instead of Cowper and Ebden Streets.
- The route was extended to the Terminus at Officer and Rutherford Cres from 24 May 1951, initially on request only, and permanently from 25 May 1953.
- The route was modified in February 1955 to operate via Cooyong, Lonsdale, and Elouera Streets instead of Torrens St.
