- While initially proposed to return to seven-day operation under Network 2008, it ultimately operated on weekdays only.
- The route was modified in March 2009 to travel the full length of Templestowe Avenue, instead of Jane Sutherland St.
- The route through Bonython was modified in August 2014 to allow operation by the 14.5m steer tag vehicles by no longer servicing Kingscote Cres and Coombe St, and instead using Barr Smith Ave - swapping with Route 066 (1999)
- The route was modified through Conder and Banks in September 2014.
- The route was modified in October 2017 to bypass Bonython, which was instead serviced by Route 018 (2008)
- Selected services diverted via Covenant College and Bonython Primary (including after October 2017) during school terms.
