Notes
- The route was initially planned for introduction in July 1998, however Network 1998's commencement was subsequently delayed until January 1999.
- At the southern end of the route, services commenced on Box Hill Ave, and terminated on Sidney Nolan St.
- The route was modified through Russell in May 2002.
- The route was modified in April 2005 to no longer service the Lanyon Valley, with that portion of the route replaced by Route 788 (2004).
