Fare increase to apply from January 2026
Public Transport fares will rise by 3% commencing 10 January 2026.
Adult peak MyWay+ fare will rise to $3.41 up from $3.32
Public transport update for 2026 including night-time travel trial
– Fare free Friday ends 12 December, replaced by free Friday & Saturday evening travel between 13 December 2025 and 28 February 2026
– Route and Timetable changes commence 2 February 2026 due to Commonwealth Ave bridge works
– Transport Safety Officers will be introduced in the next few weeks

The new Woden Depot which can house up to 100 electric buses has opened.

New timetable delivers increased bus frequency
Timetable changes will take effect from 28 April 2025 as Woden Depot opens. Additional Rapid services as well as late night Route 47s will be included in the changes.
