Notes
- This vehicle was fitted with a SportWorks DL2 bike rack at time of withdrawal.
- Its Alcatel/STC Cannon destination signs were replaced with Hanover LED equipment in January 2015.
- Between December 2023 and February 2024, Bus 981 was scrapped for parts at Belconnen Depot.
