August Arrives (Warning 12 Photos)

As you can see I am running out of thread titles, but anyway, these pics are from Saturday and Today from various locations. I only had 12 photos and I am not going to start a Part 2 for 2 photos, so enjoy!

First up you see Irisbus 304 on Commonwealth Ave. operating a northbound 900 with Parliament House in the background.

Next you see BUS-378 ready to operate a route 942 in the City Bus Interchange.

BUS-350 enters the City Bus Interchange on a short working 900 to Woden.

A mk I (847 I think) is seen after the completion of a school run with Dart 143 following.


BUS-844 is seen operating a route 17 to Kippax on Cohen st

BUS-849 is seen entering the depot after completing a route 56

BUS-352 is seen entering the depot after completing a route 318.

BUS-931 is seen operating a route 16 on Cohen st




BUS-338 heads to Spence

It'd be interesting if you could do this same shot say once a month over 12 months (at the same time of the day, same service) so you'd end up with 12 shots showing the effects of the changing season on the landscape, light conditions etc...just a suggestion.

Yeah, I intend to continue to get photos from the same location in the different seasons, and on Marcus Clarke St with that building, just a matter for waiting for spring...........
