Dickson Interchange was opened in October 2017, on a new section of Cape Street constructed between Challis Street and Northbourne Avenue at a cost of $4 million. It consists of two bus platforms on Cape Street, and two light rail platforms on Northbourne Avenue.
Existing routes operating via Dickson were adjusted to run through the new interchange.
