Notes
- Selected services extended to/from Molonglo Workers Settlement. Selected services diverted via:
- Telopea Park School (April 1928- February 1934)
- The route was modified from 21 January 1929 to operate via Paterson St, Corroboree Cres, and Grimes St to Pialligo Ave (now Limestone Ave) on Kingston-bound services, to accommodate an adjusted departure location to the waiting shed in Paterson St.
- The route was modified from 29 November 1929 to operate via Northbourne Ave and Cooyong St on Ainslie-bound services.
- From February 1934, selected ser vices combined with Route 001 (1926) (operating as 'Route 1&2'), operating via Forrest (as per Route 1) and National Cct between Melbourne Ave and Canberra Ave, omitting State Circle.
- From February 1934, the combined route was modified to operate via National Cct instead of Macquarie St, and via Bourke St (northbound) and Darling St (southbound) instead of Brisbane Ave.
- The route was extended to Cowper St, Ainslie in May 1937 and to Tyson St, Ainslie in April 1941.
- From April 1941, selected ser vices operated via Turner (Condamine St). The Turner component was split into Route 006 (1942) in February 1942.
- From 1942, selected services operated via Turner (as 'Route 2&5'), or Griffith (as 'Route 2&6').
- The route was modified from 28 July 1944 to operate via Liversidge St instead of Balmain Cres in Acton, and via Paterson St (instead of Limestone Ave) on northbound services.
- From January 1947, selected services operated via Cowper, Ipima, and Torrens St in Braddon. The route also operated via Cooyong St and Northbourne Ave instead of Mort and Alinga St on all services until 7pm, to reduce congestion.
