  • The route was extended to the City during 1968, and modified to operate via Carnegie Cres, Captain Cook Cres, and Murray Cres, instead of operating to Kingston via Caley Cres, La Perouse St, and Flinders Way.
  • The route was modified in December 1968 to operate via La Perouse St, Caley Cres, and Sprent St, and was often combined with Route 025 (1961) to Dickson and Hackett.
  • The route was modified in September 1976 to no longer operate the length of Queen Victoria Tce.
  • The route was modified in 1977 to operate via Goyder St in lieu of Sprent St.
