- The route initially operated between Tuggeranong Interchange and Calwell Shops via Wanniassa, Erindale, Gowrie, Macarthur, Chisholm, and Richardson.
- The route was redesigned from 18 July 2020 to travel between Tuggeranong and Woden Interchanges, with the Erindale to Tuggeranong leg replaced by Route 074 and Route 075. The route was also altered to travel via Soward Way and Athllon Dr in both directions due to the closure of Anketell St outside the Hyperdome to buses.
- Route altered from 30 January 2023 to travel via Easty and Wilbow Streets to service the temporary Woden Interchange.
- The route was modified from 19 June 2025 on approach to/departure from the temporary Woden Interchange due to the closure of Callam St to buses between Launceston and Wilbow Sts.
- The route was modified from 31 October 2025 to access Woden Temporary Interchange via Callam St (North) and Matilda St on northbound services.
- Selected services operate via Calwell Primary, Calwell High, Covenant College, and St Francis of Assisi Primary.
