Notes
- The route was extended to Tuggeranong Interchange in June 1992, replacing Route 124 (1988), Route 185 (1987), and Route 186 (1987). It was also modified to largely no longer service Wanniassa, and to operate to Woden via Yamba Dr instead of Athllon Dr.
- The route ceased operating on weekends in May 1996. Weekend services were provided by Route 162 (1996), Route 167 (1996), and Route 168 (1996)
