• The route did not feature in the initial Network 2014 proposal - instead, Route 171 (2014) was proposed to operate along this route, and extend to the City. In the final network, Route 171 operated in peak only, with the Tuggeranong to Woden segment operating in off-peak as Route 71.
• Some southbound morning peak services commenced on Langdon Ave at Wanniassa Shops.
