*It was temporarily cancelled from 1 March 1991 to allow for resourcing to be redirected to [[Route 189 (1991)]]. Following negative feedback, it was restored from 25 March 1991.

*The route was redesigned as a loop service in August 1994, replacing [[Route 357 (1979)]] through the Fyshwick Markets precinct. The route did not travel via Fyshwick on Sundays.
